And i’m finally home.

..but It’s the 30th- end of my babysitting gig, and I haven’t heard from my dad or his wife.

He emailed me the day after they left, thanking me, and asking me to keep the notified about things with the kids.

I sent him a reply, acknowledging, and mentioned a small bit of flooding that happened in the basement.

That’s the last I’ve heard.

Leo says that his mum told him they would be back around noonish, today. but he’s young and dumb and forgetful, so that info is questionable.

I sent my dad a text message this morning, asking when they’d be arriving. no reply.

Now, i’m not one to worry to an excess or whatnot- but it should be noted that the kids’ mum is ttly white(but nice), and my dad is fairly ‘involved/nosey’- What i’m saying is that they’re at least a tiny bit inclined to be helicopter parents. And his email attests to it.     but I hear no choppers.
